Our History
Atenark was incorporated through the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 2018. Drawing from our experience in our past employment in project management for fitting out BPO offices in Cebu, we curated a team skilled in architectural, electrical, plumbing, and painting work, experienced in delivering high-quality, schedule-driven projects under pressure. Since then, Atenark has successfully executed diverse projects ranging from condominium units to residential properties and office spaces. Remarkably, 90% of our projects are from repeat clients.
Our Team
Our team is composed of experienced professionals, including project managers, client preferred or partner architects and interior designers, engineers, and skilled trade workers. We have also partnered with reputable and capable vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials. We emphasize collaboration and alignment not only within our team and with our clients but also with all other stakeholders, such as building and facility management teams, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure the success of every project we undertake.
Our Services
In addition to interior fit-out construction below, we provide project management for all architectural and engineering work packages, interior design, material sourcing, and procurement of Owner Supplied Materials (OSM).
